feat!(client, server, api, shared): revamp data requests!
 * now even more generic than before
 * also implemented GET game/{id}
 * GET game/all_forming and game/my_games now return only ids
 * client now has a way to cache basic information about all games
   fetched in the play screen, reducing the amount of data transferred
feat(client): user cache, and PubUserDetails event
wip!(client, shared): re-enable browsing games, sota
feat!(client, server): finish transition to bevy 0.10, and in addition
* change from bevy_inspector_egui to bevy_editor_pls
* remove iyes_loopless, as it is now obsolete
