feat!(client, server): finish transition to bevy 0.10, and in addition
* change from bevy_inspector_egui to bevy_editor_pls
* remove iyes_loopless, as it is now obsolete
* remove bevy_console and swap logs to terminal only, in preperation
  for my own console logging crate
